What's the difference between MXMO and a software house?

Consultancies deliver slides and roadmaps. MXMO delivers the system running. Strategy and execution happen in the same team, at the same time. Whoever designs the product also writes the code that goes into production.

It depends on scope. The method is divided into 4 stages. Diagnostic (R$ 15-30K / ~US$ 3-6K, 1-2 weeks), Conception (R$ 80-140K / ~US$ 16-28K, up to 4 weeks), Construction (R$ 150-280K / ~US$ 30-56K, 5-10 weeks), and Continuous Operation (R$ 12-25K/month / ~US$ 2.4-5K, renewable retainer). Each stage can be contracted in isolation or as a package.

The first navigable prototype is ready in 5 business days after briefing. A complete conception+construction project typically takes 10-14 weeks, depending on scope and integrations. Continuous operation is renewable annually as the company needs.

Yes, AI is a core component of most systems we build. But we don't sell standalone AI. AI shows up where it makes sense for the business (contextualized service, predictive analysis, sales cycle automation, channel integration). Technology in the right place, the right way.

Does the client own the code?

Accepted Answer

Always. Code, data, infrastructure, and method documentation stay with the contracting company. No vendor lock-in, no permanent dependency, no platform lock. When the project is ready to run on its own, MXMO leaves without leaving a hole.

Four stages. Diagnostic maps the operation and locks the KPI. Conception designs the system and on deep projects delivers navigable prototype before code. Yes. We work with clients across Brazil remotely, with in-person meetings when the project calls for it. The bilingual site (PT-BR + EN) reflects openness to international clients. MXMO's location is São Paulo, but service is wherever the client is.
