MXMO is what was missing in the middle: strategy, design, and engineering in the same team. No handoff. No distant vendor. No technology lock-in.
We build the entire digital commercial operation, sales, finance, customer service, data, AI, as an integrated system. Not as loose modules.

The founder
Years building digital commercial operations for companies in industrial, financial, nonprofit, churches, F&B, legal-tech, consortium credit, and insurance. Before MXMO, RevOps in premium B2B.
We work with strategic depth and real proximity. We're not a distant vendor, we operate as an embedded team for the company, deciding together and delivering together. Strategy, design, and engineering talk daily, in the same team.
Communicates in Brazilian Portuguese and English. Decides quickly after absorbing data. Values intellectual provocation and constructive skepticism. Philosophy: BUILD then CORRECT.

Never recommend the commodity path. MXMO doesn't compete on price. Any recommendation that ends in 'charge less' is wrong.
02 · ALWAYS
Always validate big strategic decisions with external data. Research competitors, benchmarks, market before opining.
03 · QUESTION
Question client assumptions when they conflict with facts. Constructive skepticism is what separates a partner from a vendor.
04 · DATE IT
Every decision becomes a dated action. What, who, when. A plan without a date is a wish.
05 · FOCUS
Protect focus. If scope expands, bring it back to concentration. Specialist, not generalist.
