Context

A social initiative that operates with the transparency the nonprofit sector deserves.

Mercado Pura Fé is a social initiative based in Pacaembu/SP, operational since February 2026. Serves registered families with a dignity-centered food assistance model, using the CredFé system as internal social currency.

Co-led by Ale and Roane Máximo, with operational management by Pra. Leila. In partnership with APA Brasil (Associação Puro Amor) and Igreja Pura Fé.

The challenge

Entire operation in spreadsheets, didn't scale.

01 · COMPLEX CHAIN

In-kind donations + planned purchases + family distribution. Multiple flows crossing without traceability.

02 · INDIVIDUAL QUOTA

Each family with variable CredFé quota. Manual Excel calculation became a monthly puzzle.

03 · EXPIRATION

Critical expiry control. Perishable food lost = fewer families served. No alert, no visibility.

04 · DONATIONS

Individual donations needed to be agile, traceable, and auditable. Donors wanted to know where their R$ went.

05 · COLLECTION

No public platform. Manual PIX donations, no inventory integration, no radical transparency.

06 · ACCOUNTABILITY

Auditability required by nonprofit sector, without consolidated data, no way to report to donors and partners.

What we built

Bespoke multi-module platform for the nonprofit sector.

MODULE 01

Inventory with expiration control. Automatic alerts for items near expiry.

MODULE 02

Family registration with purchase history and variable CredFé quota.

MODULE 03

Donation management with end-to-end traceability, from PIX received to product delivered.

MODULE 04

OpenPix integration for direct donation collection. PIX became automated purchasing capacity.

MODULE 05

Public page integrated with real-time inventory. Donor sees what's missing and directs the PIX to the specific product.

MODULE 06

Directed PIX. Donation becomes a traceable purchase of a specific product, with radical transparency for the donor.
