Contexto

Manual commission calculation, dependent on Excel spreadsheets that turned into a monthly puzzle.

No unified managerial visibility over commercial performance. Compensation and strategy decisions made by feeling, not data.

Operational risk: commission error = demotivated broker + accounting rework. Accumulated errors became lost credibility with sales team.

Decisão

Ademicon didn't need a new ERP. It needed an intelligence layer over commissions and performance that replaced the monthly puzzle with auditable data and evidence-based decisions.

We decided to sustain the current commission calculation while building the BI layer over sales that turns it into managerial performance. Same team, two fronts at the same time. The client sees the system running, not the method behind it.

Construção

Proprietary platform + integrated BI layer:

  • ·'Ademicon Comissões' system, proprietary commission management platform
  • ·Modeling of complex commission scenarios (special rules per broker and per product)
  • ·BI platform with executive performance dashboards
  • ·Intelligence layer connected to sales and finance
  • ·v1.0 commercial playbook documented for the team

Custom backend with business rules modeling · Integrated BI layer · Complete technical documentation as v1.0 playbook.

Resultado

  • Full reliability in monthly commission calculation (zero rework).
  • Unified managerial visibility over commercial performance.
  • Broker team motivated by compensation transparency.
  • Commercial leadership deciding based on data, not feeling.

Por que isso importa

Shows MXMO solves complex commercial operations, not just 'customer service automation'. Case of new capability built: commission management + executive BI that Ademicon didn't have before. Demonstrates that the method applies to back-office problems that look like 'just Excel'.
