AI recruitment platforms filter by keyword and match on technical fit. No proprietary tool evaluated values alignment with product-level rigor.

The C12 community brings together companies and leaders who need to hire by shared values, at scale, with an auditable method.

Decisão

We decided to build a proprietary SaaS, not a client project, public product, multi-tenant, with its own revenue model based on prepaid credits via Stripe.

The 5 C's (character, calling, compatibility, competence, contribution) became the product's differentiator. AI applied at every stage of the funnel, screening, 5 C's evaluation, intelligent ranking, digital due diligence.

International SaaS standards from day 1, free trial, credit-card top-up, isolated workspace per client company, scalable from zero.
